Love, pure taste and a healthy lifestyle; these components together make Paulies Ginger. Paul and his wife Yvonne consciously opted for a new and healthy lifestyle. After Yvonne decided to stop drinking alcohol, Paul – who always enjoyed being in the kitchen – wanted to make her the very best non-alcoholic drink. He started blending, slow juicing and experimenting with passion, using the most beautiful products. After a long search, he created the ultimate ginger drink. ‘Paulies Ginger’ was on the market in June 2021. Literally, because Paul, Yvonne and Eric regularly visit the market in Haarlem (Yvonne’s brother Eric is also part of the company). They like to let everyone enjoy the ginger juices that they make with love, which add more flavour to a healthy life!

The product
Paulies Ginger Original contains ginger, lemon, herbs and spices. There is also a turmeric variant, which has turmeric as an additional ingredient. These two flavours can be divided into sweetened with agave syrup and un-sweetened with agave syrup. You can drink Paulies Ginger in many different ways. Both pure and mixed, for example in tea, with mineral water or in a mocktail. Moreover, the ginger juice is also very tasty in a marinade or dressing and in yogurt.

Biological and sustainable
All ingredients of Paulies Ginger are 100% organic. A new shipment of ingredients arrives at the brewery every week. The product is characterised by the bright (fresh) color of the lemon/ginger and the turmeric/ginger. Paulies Ginger already works in a certified SKAL kitchen. An action plan is being developed for the certification of the preparation. The SKAL organic certificate is expected to be obtained later this year. Furthermore, white glass is used. The label is printed on the bottle with environmentally friendly ink. Paulies Ginger does not use plastic and recycles all residual products.

'We want to remain traditional and offer people as much happiness as possible.'
