Marit Timmerman, Managing Director & Founder
Responsible for the substantive and organizational implementation of the activities. Due to her background as a Business Development/Revenue Management Consultant, Marit has a lot of experience in optimizing organizations. Marit has steered Amsterdam Made through the start-up phase and works daily on the further development of the company.
Nadine Fischer, Communication & PR Manager
She likes to listen, talk and write and that’s convenient in her work. Nadine is responsible for the communication strategy, makes sure the Amsterdam makers get exposure in the media and establishes valuable collaborations with other relevant partners.
Lucas Gijsberts, Project Manager
He became involved in Amsterdam Made early on and is for the individual projects. This previously included the webshop and the pop-up store. Lucas makes sure everything runs smoothly.
Sacha Burger, Communication & Social Media
After her study Event Organization, Sacha wanted to continue working in the media industry. She is currently studying Creative Business in Media Marketing and works part-time for Amsterdam Made. Sacha is responsible for the social channels, the ShopLokaal newsletter and supports with general communication tasks.
Sarah Jones, IT & Web Manager
She is still finishing the last year of her pre-university education and yet Sarah has been working for Amsterdam Made behind the scenes for a few years now. She feels at her best behind the computer, but is a great help in several areas; from process optimization to putting together promotional packages. Sarah also takes care of the ShopLokaal.

Bas Beekman, creator
Bas is the creator of Amsterdam Made and has an advisory role in the foundation. He works as a program director at StartupAmsterdam and has gained a lot of experience as a project manager in various fields.
